I began this blog as a way to keep my & Hubby's families up to date with what we do and how the boys develop. It's morphed into some kind of family / Navy life / I-miss-NH blog, so you'll find a little bit of all that.
I don't use real names, unless someone really screws me over. And even then, I'll try to make up nicknames, but sometimes I can't help it. If I know you in real life, please don't use my name (yeah, yeah, I know it's easy to deduce what my name is, but that was before I had people, like, reading this). I'll do the same and won't use yours!
What you won't find: good writing, sunshine & rainbows, and PC content. I can be quite sarcastic and bitchy, and I step on toes, all with a terrible writing style. What you will find: grammatically correct bad writing, the occasional gem, and lots of my opinions. You'll also get a peek into what life is like as a Navy family aboard submarines (very different than the rest of the Navy). But, if you're looking for any details about anything related to Hubby's career, his boat, the crew, the schedule, etc, you will be sorely disappointed! I am OPSEC-abiding, and if you don't know what that is, Google it.
You also might not find pictures of my characters here. I tend to photoshop faces out, with the exception of myself. That's just the way it goes.
