I did a 20 minute free intro with Janka, who is this eastern european chick with a flat stomach and a 19 month old. I already hate her and love her at the same time. She's full of energy while I shlump behind her. She has smooth tanned skin while I blind everyone with my albino cellulite. She also asked me to please not chew gum during the workout. Okay, that one is all my fault. I'll work on breaking that habit.
So as much as I hated her, I friggin loved her and the workout, so I signed up. Today is my first session. The boys can play at the kid's club, and I'll be having a
The weekend wasn't exactly the most waist-friendly. We all stopped at McD's on Saturday for lunch. Hubby got a DQPC, to which LB said, "No, Daddy! That's not a cheeseburger! It's a crabby patty." Apparently, Spongebob is a huge influence? Then last night, for the Oscars, I made a nice little Mediterranean spread, with bruschetta, tortilla espangola, a spanish salad, and sangria. It wasn't that bad, but I'm sure we could have done without the alcohol.
Anyway, I'm totally expecting to ache all over tonight. Fortunately, I picked up some flannel sheets at Bed Bath & Beyond yesterday (holy sh!t, flannel sheets, where've you been all my life???), so I'll have a nice comfy sleep to recover from my pain-inducing workout.
Can't wait!

So has Janka left you immobile yet? Ive had several personal trainers and I firmly believe that they were put on this earth to make us feel pain. The funny part is we know going into it how painful it will be, yet we do it anyways. However, I did find after awhile that I craved the pain, especially when seeing results!
Good luck :)
