1. What is something you wish you'd learned to do earlier in life?
Cook. It's taken me awhile, but I'm getting much better than I was when Hubby and I first married. I've always been a pretty good baker.
2. What is your biggest pet peeve with the military?
I think everyone will have this as their answer: THE UNCERTAINTY. Nomads are the only other people who don't know where they'll be living or what they'll be doing a year from now. And civilians don't always understand when I say "I don't know if I can make it to your wedding/shower/party, because I don't know where I'll be living or when I'll be there." I once had to miss two weddings of dear friends because the move from VA to HI was bumped up to an earlier date with only a few days' notice.
3. What tourist attraction near you have you never seen?
Hm. We've done quite a lot here... I'm going to say Disneyland, even though we're not that close to it. But I think it's the closest touristy thing we haven't done.
4. What are you avoiding doing right now?
Fixing the kitchen faucet. I broke the damn handle of the thing last night and water shot all over the place. Fun times.
5. Wine, beer, or liquor?
Beer. I like wine and I like liquor, but my go-to drink of choice is beer. Good beer, like Aventinus. If you've never had one, you should look high and low for it- you won't be disappointed!
